Rugby is very brutal and hard-hitting, Physically, the 80 minute game it is the ultimate test of strength, speed and strategy. Emotionally, it tests each player's ability to keep cool under pressure, and intimidation. Rugby is most commonly played with 15 players, or 7 players on a grass pitch with uprights at each end. Played with a oval ball similar to an American football, the thrilling game features kicking, running, tackling, and grounding the ball in the end zone to score.
